What do I need to get going?
- There is a site survey and once-off installation to install hardware and setup and configure the software according to your parameters
- A minimum 4Mbps internet connection. This is generally via a Telkom landline with ADSL activated. If you don’t yet have ADSL, we offer a bundled service which includes this. Alternatively, we can also install Fibre or LTE connectivity where available, for line speeds up to 100 Mbps.
Are there additional costs?
There will only be additional costs if you choose to supply your own line and data, or if you request a call-out for onsite support.
Is support included?
Yes, remote support is included in the monthly fee, to help you or your customers connect. We also monitor the hotspot status and perform monthly maintenance to prevent any problems and respond quickly when needed. Onsite call-outs are charged at an hourly rate.
Cancellation policy?
What? Why in the world would anyone want to cancel? But… in the event you choose to, plans can be cancelled at any time with 1 month notice and payment of the outstanding fees. ADSL lines and data packages are on a month-to-month basis and can be cancelled with 1 month written notice.
